Botanical art workshops

Discover the beauty of the natural world through observation, drawing, and painting.
In these workshops, we combine botanical art, scientific observation, and mindfulness to deepen our connection with nature and cultivate a more relaxed and intuitive creative process.
Drawing plants is an invitation to slow down and truly see. By observing shapes, colors, patterns, and subtle details, we train both the eye and the mind. Mindfulness practices are woven into the experience to help participants become more present, quiet the inner critic, and approach the creative process with greater curiosity, freedom, and self-compassion.
The result is not only a drawing or painting, but a richer experience of attention, discovery, and connection.

A Unique Approach
As both a biologist and artist, I bring scientific understanding and artistic sensitivity to the study of plants and nature. My background as a mindfulness teacher adds a distinctive dimension, helping participants sharpen their observation skills while cultivating presence, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
These workshops offer a space to slow down, observe deeply, and rediscover the joy of creativity and connection with nature.
